How to find a good job!

I have listed my profile on all the nanny sites I can find. I have had calls and interviews...but I am waiting for that perfect job since I am not in a hurry yet. I advise all nannies or babysitters to do the same. List themselves on lots of sites (they are free) and wait for that perfect job. You will know it when you see it!
